• Booking & payments: appointment details and purchase information processed through Square and Stripe.
• Messages: the content of notes you send to the salon inbox and any news you receive.
• Photos for virtual try-on: images you upload to preview styles.
• Rewards & membership: points earned, redemptions, and your membership tier.

How we use your information

• To book appointments, prepare consultations, and provide salon services.
• To run our rewards and membership programs and send related perks.
• To respond to your messages and share news, offers, and event announcements.
• To improve our services, content, and your in-app experience.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as payment processors (Stripe) and booking/payments through Square — and only as needed to deliver the service you requested. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies.

AI & virtual try-on

Some features use AI to generate suggestions or virtual style previews. Photos you upload for the virtual try-on are used only to produce your preview and are not used to train external models. Consultation and concierge assistants may use the details you share to personalize responses.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Rewards points expire 12 months after they are earned. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your choices

• Update your profile or membership details anytime in the app.
• Manage or cancel a paid membership through the "Manage my membership" tool.
• Request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting the salon.
• Opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in any message.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Payment data is handled directly by our payment processors and is not stored on our servers.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact the salon and we will remove it.
